Looking in the parts catalog shows that the 51/52 upper fenders, upper radiator grill and the lower valance for the COE have different part numbers. I just realized there wasn't any Canadian 48-50 COE! No body parts, frame or COE specific parts listed. Not even a general picture in the front of the book.

The difference is slight. The COE fenders have a step added on, I believe. I had a few COEs and an F8. I visually compared the fenders and found them to be basically the same.

COE fenders are no where close to being the same as any standard truck front fender. They are rounded at the back to fit under the door.

This doesn't sound right to me. I don't have a big job catalog to check, but they sure look different to my eyes.

Chris, stop looking!! I've found the perfect truck. It mixes both the both the Bonus built and the Mid-fifties and it's only a little over 10 hours away, well the way you push that big yellow monster down the interstate it would more like eight hours

It has all the highly sought after modifications, white wall tars, the backwards rear fenders, the newer cab, or older fenders (whichever way you want to look at it) and the custom painted on headlights and it has that great "patina" (some of us just call it rust). Oh yeah, you can even strut topless in your fine physique when you get down their, just don't forget your banjo.

Only $1500, call BR-549 :

Ford 1952-1953 mix

I wouldn't have considered that, but the wide whites really set it off!

He even has it channeled, or is the rust allowing it to settle past the frame?

That's because it's on an El Cameo frame
