I love toys, I buy them all the time. Never an Excursion though. Sean (Wpnaes the So Cal chapter leader) has an '02 with the V10, and loves it. His is not even close to stock anymore, he has everything in it including the kitchen sink. LOL. He uses it to go camping, and has it setup for everything nature can throw at it.

Laptop shooting instead of skeet shooting eh? Never tried that, should be fun. Especially if it is the motherboard that went out, it would be cheaper to buy a new one then fix the old one. Which makes it a perfect candidate for shooting

Very nice! I'm about to get rid of my 6.0l but it had issues when I got it. I believe that if someone can get a good running 6.0l and treats it right it'll treat you right. Excursions are awesome. So much room...

Well here I am again trying to use this thing,I may have to clean up the pc or what ever they call it when things get to loaded up my grandson has just about everything loaded but **** ( still looking) . Hank over in the 6.0 forum is really a great place to hang out and learn about these Engines, when takin care of using the right oil, coolents keeping the batteries up so they don't kill the ficm and Injectors ,Did you get any gauges to monitor live data , I use the Scan GaugeII from auto zone you will have to enter the ford pids# to get the correct readings of all the sensers even eot, ect and trans , the only thing it wont read will be fuel pressure , theres no senser for that ,and most of us have installed the blue spring kit, take a look at Riff Raff diesel products online for the best prices. BTW clay is a Supporter here on FTE. OK now I have to go clean my shot gun. P.S if you need help let me know.
