I am feeling like I am going to tip over just from cheese nips and ginger ale, I had better head out while the heading is good! Talk to you guys tomorrow!

We had flurries today, but I ran outside and ran them off, said they were going to Baltimore.

Did it while cooking it Rick. Lets see added garlic,ancho chili powder, chipotle chili powder, ground cayenne, smoked paprika,fresh ground pepper, kosher salt, regular chili powder, and tabasco sauce. Also a dash or two of cocoa powder.

Cocoa powder, really, never heard of that in chilli.

I usually just serve it in a bowl topped with some diced red onion,sour cream and some shredded 4 cheese blend. Add some crackers and or cornbread and it is tasty.

We do the onion, sour cream, and cheese. No crackers, maybe on the side.
