I had to make a bowl of cereal just to have something, what with all the smells going through the house! LOL! The shredded wheat sure don't taste like what I'm smelling!! LOL!
What I can't figure out (since I've seen you on tv and all) is how you don't weigh 400 lbs. with all of that good food she makes!!LOL
That's one of the reasons we hit the desert so much, so we can walk around.. but she's always making burritos, sandwiches, etc., for lunch out there, it makes me wonder how we do it!
I'd have to walk to work every day, if I was you!!LOL
It's tough to portion everything out.. but after a while, even the small amounts seem like a lot, and fill you up quickly.. plus we swim a lot, which helps.
I'm going to have to start swimming. I can't do much else with this damn knee. I do enjoy swimming, though. Sucks having to pay to join a club to do it.
