Spring recommendation to level short bed
Guys I see springs online that say "leveling springs". lift 1-2 inch. well if I measure from ground to the wheel well and I want the front to match the back it needs to be almost 4 inched to be level. Could this be because the front springs are so wore out and its sitting lower now? The new springs are 1-2 inch over stock and im sure im sitting lower then stock after all these years. They make a 4 inch lift spring and I could always cut it if I think its to tall in the front but I just want to know if anyone has used the "leveling springs". Bronco grave yard has the ones im looking at. Here is a pic of how my truck look now. Hard to see the 4 inch difference but trust me I measured on level ground over and over.

Springs settle over time and it could be yours have sagged more than others.
Instead of measuring from the wheel well to the ground, measure from the axle center line up to the Dent. That takes out difference in tire air pressure and differences in the wheel arch radius... the Dent contour is the same reference point from front to rear.

Maybe post a question (thread) asking for a stock height measurement using the technique above... it'll also exclude any difference in tire size. But even then it'll be a ballpark measurement cuz every rig will be slightly different. However, you'll have a basis from which to evaluate how different your rig may be.
