Tire Fitment Guide

Tire Fitment Guide
I have a 2014 F-250 XL 4wd Crew Cab Long bed w/ 6.2L that came with the Stock steel wheels and 245/75-17 tires. The wheels are fine, and I might be interested in upgrading them at some point, but for now, I really want to upgrade the tires. The stock tires (General Grabber HTS) look like donuts on this rig. I've searched, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for in terms of tires that will fit. What I'm really seeking to do is get some bigger tires that offer a bit more ground clearance, are e-rated, and are all-terrain. I'm almost 100% positive I'll go with BFG All-Terrains, but I don't know what size I can fit that will not require a lift, but will look a lot less like donuts. Any help would be great. I've also considered trying to find a set of stock aluminum wheels with tires already on them from Craigslist, but again, I need to know what size would look better.
Lastly, if I do increase the size of the tire, how hard is it to re-calibrate the speedometer / odometer? I pull a 33' Travel Trailer that has a loaded weight of about 7500lbs, so I'm not looking to go crazy w/ the tires. I still need to be able to tow that load with no problems.

The biggest tire that the factory puts on a 2014 SD is a 275/65R20. That tire measures out to 34.1" tall and 10.83" wide. That means that if you choose to put larger tires on those stock 17" steel wheels, keep the dimensions within those numbers and you'll be fine without any sort of rubbing at the extremes of suspension travel.
The dealer can calibrate your odometer/computer to account for the OEM tire sizes only, don't know what that costs but maybe you can sweet-talk him being that you just bought a truck from them.
Here's a link to a tire size calculator, with some digging on that site you can find a list of BFG tire sizes.
