sway bar end links

Fellas, I need some help here. I had a bushing and bolt come out of the end link on the P/side where it connects to sway bar. So I got a new set of bushings and replaced all of them. greased them up good, get back from Elk hunting and guess what? I had lost the lower bolt on the drivers side this time. WTF over!!!!!! what am I missing here? I don't want to keep installing bushings. Any help would be appreciated.

You don't have a bent end link or center support bracket do you? I can't think of any other reason they should be coming loose like that, but you could always drill the bolt and install a cotter pin just for good measure if you're really worried.

I don't think anything is bent. Maybe I will just drill out the bolt. Or just buy new end links.

Are you using a drill to install the bolts. Only thing that comes to mind is running them in really fast to install and overheating the nylon lock material, kinda melting it.
