Wiper Blades Not Working on 1994 F150
The wiper blades on my 1994 F150 XL stopped working yesterday. I went to use them and they didn't work then a while after they worked again and then this morning they didn't work at all in any of the positions and got stuck about half way up and then all of the sudden they reset to their resting position a few hours later. I half checked the fuses and they all seem to be good, I can't find which one is the relay for that circuit so I don't know which to check and couldn't get the connectors off the motor itself so I will attempt that again tomorrow to see if I am getting any power to the motor. If you guys had experienced anything similar or have any ideas as to what could be causing this issue I would greatly appreciate it. The sprayers do work and the wipers don't work on any of the settings. Thank you.

Ok yeah I'm testing that out later today and I'm sorry but I don't know what the MFS is and how do you test it? I would greatly appreciate it if you could please explain it to me. I'm not having any issues with the high beams or turn signals or even the washer fluid sprayers which are all controlled with the same switch/handle so I'm assuming that is still working.Thank you.

he is probably referring to the possibility of rusted cowling fasteners and the awkward removal of the cowling (it goes quite a bit better with 2 people) ; also getting the linkage reattached can be a bother, but it's not that bad ... just went through it.
there is another possiblity besides bad wiper motor, and your symptoms point to it ... wiper control module . on my 89 it is mounted under the dash, drivers side, and takes a bit of a beating from the release of the e-brake pedal. on your 94, i believe it is over by the glove box, takes no such beating, but could still be the source of the trouble.
