!i!i!i! HOT Ranger !i!i!i!

I've a 2000 Ranger 2.5, 125,000 on the clock.
It appears to have developed a ffffever-but is not overheatin'/steamin'. Yet.
The gauge remains stone cold, as does the radiator. Overflow is not flowin' over either, nor the cap.

Where's the thermostat on this sucker? Water pump is not leaking.

Is it likely a t-stat? Or pump? Every other vehicle I've owned, when pump went south, it'd take a nice leak.

Would be nice to keep'er cheaper. What says the hive?

Heater doesn't blow hot though. It's clearly not circulating for one reason or another

Either t-stat, waterpump, or both need to be replaced. Somethin is not right...I'll try the stat first-if I can locate the silly thing. Unless someone here has some insight.
