Flooding

This is for 1991 F150 302 4x4 stick. Cylinder numbers 2,3,6,7 are flooding out on y truck. I can't seem to figure out why. I am going to check the pressure tonight.

What else can I check out? Also with it running on 4 cylinders the four not firing has dumped some (alot) of gas down the cylinders into the engine and the oil. I am going to change the oil, but I did have her running on the four every once and awhile checking things out. Will this cause any damage??

Thanks for you help
