Who does custom tuning for 3 valve V10's?

Who does custom tuning for 3 valve V10's?
Looking for a company that does tunes for my '06 V10. I want to do a cat delete turn off the EGR and EVAP systems, and get rid of any associated check engine lights.

Do a search for Mike @ 5 Star Tuning. His tunes are AWESOME. I had some for my 08 V-10 made it a whole new truck.
