Where can I get a tool to extract a fixed orifice tube and reinstall one for my truck' air conditioning?. Or should I see if I can borrow one??

Any tool supplier will have one. Personally I have everyone they make and usually can remove most of them with needle nose pliers. If they don't move real easy with the pliers then I stop and get the tool.
