57' ford f-100

Hey all just bought a 57 f-100. New to the ford thang but as soon as I saw this truck I fell in love haha. When I test drove it the brakes went out and I almost died but it didn't matter I bought it anyways. Plan on tackling that this coming week. Was thinking just to keep the drums nothing major just want her back on the road. Would love input, ideas, past threads, anything to help me on this project. P/S and CD player is on the first to do list.

Hi Unclegrizz Welcome to FTE love at first site, nothing wrong with that. I can imagine the difficult of finding the parts, but I don't think it could hurt to ask here at FTE and see if our resourceful community might be able to help you.

If you have a chance don't forget to join your local chapter and upload some pics of your 57. I will cross my fingers for ya in hopes that you will get some good leads. Enjoy the forums
