99 Bauer dash lights burning out.

Hi friends. Cluster lights burning out.
Started with a wedge above the speedo now it's the right side of the cluster.

Is this a bulb issue or a solder issue.
If bulbs it's 6 3w t-10's ?
Searched but did not find what I was looking for.

Display lights out on the stereo.
Going to try that fix this week.

Appreciate the guidance my first week here.
Thank you.
