Any wiring experts?

I am wiring my '48 12 volt generator On the voltage regulator does the BAT have one wire that goes to power side of starter solenoid ? Not sure if that is the way it goes

It goes thru the ammeter loop, to the circuit breaker, from there to the B terminal on regulator.
