Very nasty computer virus warning

There is a very nasty virus about that has no cure.

Yeah, the link is safe.
Its a description of the mongrel thing and how to avoid it.
There is NO CURE!

y2k? No problems, I was using an OS that did not have the problem
at the time.
Was not running any ancient software so had no problems with the company's servers or workstations.
It was pretty much a non-event.
