ok so i nuked my AOD, rather than buy my own custom built tranny, i have noticed that there are alot of HD AOD's that have been built for mustanges and other fords. what i was wondering is if i already have the old AOD for parts, how hard would it be hard to convert a trans made for 4x2 to the 4x4 adapter?

would this be a simple swap?
