Anyone had any luck with this. I bought the Edge CS Evolution and haven't had any luck with it. Customer Service just keeps having me upload the files and wait a few days then download the "fix". Of course they have lead me along long enough now that I can't return it under the 30 day money back guarantee. The truck is bone stock. Every time i load a program other than stock, it crashes and sometimes disables the truck. I have been able to reload the stock file back and truck goes back to normal.
IMHO, I would save all the phone/email contact tracking, dates of fix downloads print it all up nicely and request a formal return/refund....since the issue started well within the 30 warranty period, and has not been resolved yet, an honest vendor will (IMHO) take care of the customer.
