This one reminds me of Alice. earthquake68's truck.

Dusty, I like everything about it
except the price. Seems a bit much
as there isn't much to them.

But still cool. Thanks for sharing

Sorry paredneck he wants me to pay him, not my style.LOL. I dont really read the cl, up here its more of a millionares club or a rent a date advertiser. We got kijiji (means village in swahilli) its where you advertise something thats not going to sell for a year. That model eh would be good to go at 1300.

paredneck33 thanks for the link, that's friggin funny a ever. That is a wanna be bronco FAIL. Shame they cut up what was a pretty good looking SB truck to make it that thing.

The engine compartment looks clean and so does the front interior.

That has to be the way wrong headers....lol I know inside the frame headers are bad, but dang... All hanging deep and I am sure that front axle/front d/s is 1" or less from smacking that dvrs side collector. Wish I had a better angle pic of that.

I am saving that pic to go with the others I have, to support why inside the frame header are not the best way to go.

With the radius arm drop brackets you get some nice side caging for that jungle gym exhaust all around and under the transfer case....lol

If I win the lottery this week I'll buy it, un-cluster the back end, headers, exhaust ect..and put this on it, a real Bronco half cab panel.

The thing is though that was an f150 and not a bronco. Plus I thought that someone on here started a thread inquiring about these conversion built trucks. IIRC he said he knew someone at his local auto parts store that had one just like this truck. Also (I didn't catch this, but my brother did when I showed him the truck) the rear d/s is installed backwards. Lol.

I started the thread. I know the trucks owner. It is not a cut up truck but some kind of factory conversion. The owner, Keith, saw this truck and one other brand new on the Ford lot in 1978. He ran across this one in 1980 and bought it and has owned it ever since. The interior is as it was brand new in 78.

He posted in on eBay and someone emailed him with an identical conversion truck but different colors. I think it is actually a very rare conversion. I bet those headers are 15 yrs old and newer ones don't hang as low. Keith is pretty meticulous about his stuff. I think that is evident by the pictures.

So are you saying that the truck in the link is your friends truck. Cause if so I didn't realize, and I posted it hoping you'd see the truck. Thinking that this one was a different one confirming your original post while inquiring more info.
