hey guys, been scratching my head on this one, I have a school bus with 7.3l in it, its a 97 and it will not start, no white smoke at all, fuel pump has been replaced, ipr, and the crank sensor. I just started working on this bus, I don't have access to a good scanner, and the idm was replaced too. where should I go next? thanks guys

 

Have you checked all the fuses?

 

yes been through all fuses and swapped out relays,

 

What does the ipr wiring look like? Any idea what brand of parts were used in the parts replacement?

 

the wiring looks decent, its been cleaned, and where im working they wont spend the money for good parts, it was a duralast part :/
