I don't see much difference, except the first link has lift blocks for the rear, I clicked on the kit that was comparable in price in the 2nd link, and it has add-a-leafs for the rear.

I have the 4 inch lift with the blocks in the rear on my 89 f250. It does ok, except you do get some axle wrap and sometimes some wheel hop from that setup. The add-a-leaf may be the way to go, but it's going to be more work installing it in the rear spring pack.

The first one I can grab a set of fox shock tho, would that make it better then the other? I have coils over my rear struts, does that matter? Neither of these kits mention anything about that...

I really don't know if the type of shock would even matter. Those front lift springs are very stiff and give a rough ride. I don't think the shock does much of anything except take a little bit of bounce out of the ride.

If your rear shocks have springs around them, someone has added those on, they are not original. You really don't need them if you put a lift on it, unless you want the rear even higher.

Is there another way to not get a stuff *** ride? Maybe use f150 lift instead if f250? Right now if I hit a decent bump it'll jump around the round, or would a steering stabilizer be best

f150's use coil springs, yours uses leaves up front.

Your only other option is to use a shackle reversal kit from someone like sky manufacturing, and buy the drop brackets separately. Then you can use the stock front springs. They say some fabrication is required for the older trucks, so check into it and see if it's something you can handle. Here's a link.

That seems really nice, so it just turns the shackles and it sits higher? I like this idea, with new struts, and a steering stabilizer, that way I won't have to worry about all the other lift components and aparently you can do the same for the back?
I'm unsure of how exactly it works, but I'm going to research this a good bit
Any tips tricks or good reads?

Your truck stock has the shackles in the front behind the front bumper. This kit bolts the springs solid up front and puts the shackles in the rear. They claim it rides better etc. It makes me wonder why Ford put them up front in the first place, and when I called some guys on it, they said Ford actually switched it around like this on some of their later trucks. It's a big thing with the Jeep guys also, to move the shackles to the rear.

What you alluded to in your last post was a shackle flip kit. They sell these also, but they are for the rear only. One problem with them is they mess up the differential angle, and also they move the rear wheels slightly in the wheelwell. You are getting all your lift be lowering only the rear of the spring, so the whole thing kind of swings down instead of coming straight down like blocks or a add-a-leaf would do.

Do a web search on Ford shackle reversal, there are some articles about it.

I have done some serious research and they have a drop kit for the front and yes it does only drop the rear, but they have a 4* shim that supposedly fixed that angle and the flip kit they said would be mounted like an inch forward or something to alleviate the movement of the axle.
If I keep the truck I will do a flip, but right now it's in the air as a 6.9 turbo diesel bronco is creepin it's way in.
