Instrument Lights Not Working

Instrument Lights Not Working
Good evening,
I pulled my instrument cluster and replaced the lights behind it, hooked it all back up today and pulled the light switch and nothing comes on the only thing that still works are my headlights, brake lights and blinkers. Just wondering if I fried something or just did not seat the pig tail correctly that goes to the cluster back together any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Good evening,
Drove to a buddies house, battery died, jumped it turned on my lights and everything came on... Weird. Read something about a voltage regulator for the instrument cluster. Not sure if I am crazy or if that is a real thing. I have already replaced the voltage regulator under the hood so wasnt sure if there was two.
Thank you.

I don't understand what you're asking. Your next response to me was supposed to be two voltage measurements, but I don't see anything along those lines. So you're saying the lights come on now, and there's no reason to take any measurements and troubleshoot the problem any further?
If that's the case, it sounds like there isn't a problem anymore, right? Then what does the instrument cluster voltage regulator have to do with any of this? Yes there is such a thing, but it has nothing to do with dash lights, or a dead battery. Are you asking if this piece has anything to do with the lights not working in the past, or the battery dying? The answer is no, and no. I don't really understand what you're asking, if you're asking anything. There isn't an actual question in your last post, just a series of seemingly unrelated statements.
Not trying to sling you out here, but you're the one that should be asking the questions, not me. The less guess work I have to do, the better I can help you.
