City mileage will be all over the place. If you're the kind of guy who uses the brakes a lot then yours will be worse than usual, but if you let off the gas early, coast up to lights, and keep your RPMs low yours will be better than most.
Just did a 225 mile round trip this past weekend through the mountains of PA. My 30 footer on the back of my F250 with a 6.2 did around 10.5 MPG. That was with many trips up and down hills. Truck ran like a champ.

I am not one to tow very heavy with mine 8k-9k at most, but I am always loaded with tools for my job (3000 lbs ish) and I have never had any issues with my truck performing to the level that I need or expect.
