Per4mance made a very good suggestion.
What we need is a gathering of the 6.0 members here at FTE, like we do every year for my Corvette club. We pick a place vote, on it, and set a date, line up hotels and have a great time. It's also really neet meeting people you talk to everyday in person and their families. We are family in a big way, aren't we ?
I think we should try this for next summer.
What do you all think?
In my local chapter we have a map that shows a dot for member locations
and I was thinking that if we set that up it will make it a lot easier to pick
a central location for this idea.

That's what we do ,and every year we have it in a different section of the country, that way everyone can get a chance to drive their cars and "show them off" to everyone. The ones that are too far to drive either fly and rent a car or some ship them out to the event,C3 vette registry is world wide too and we have had members from down under here with their cars

Have meet ups at different locations too...NE or E side...Central States... so that the ppl who live too far from an event can eventually go to a meet. Like me...lol...I can't get away for long or far...I'm still a 2 person business and I'm bigger part of it. Only bread winner in my family too
Per4mance, I will probably meet up with you soon... I've done work on equipment in Toms River which isn't too far from you. Love to meet you and the wife!
That would be nice too... I'm in PA chapter map though not in their group
