Chassis winter storage

Is it ok to store a rolling chassis with engine and transmission installed with all new gaskets in cold weather or should it be heated storage?

You can stor it in the cold aslong as the motor is compleatly sealed and no liquid can get to the engine components or cylinder

I agree. Basically, if it is like it would be when the truck is complete then it'll be fine. So, make sure that either it has absolutely no water in it or that it at least has a mix capable of weathering the cold w/o freezing. As for the cylinders, if it hasn't been run it won't have a good oil coating on everything so I would spray the cylinders with a fogging oil and turn it over by hand to ensure it gets spread around. And I'd put the air cleaner on the carb and tape off the opening.
