Which aftermarket IFS kit for a 63?

I've decided against the Crown Vic IFS because I'm leary about the width being a bit wide and needing offset wheels.
I think I'd like a Mustang 2 kit (or other kits?) but there are so many different kits. Which one for a 63? Whole kits? Partial kits? If you buy just the crossmember how do you know what to get to finish it up? I was thinking I might get just the M2 crossmember then gather some new and some wrecker parts to save some money but how do I know what I need? Which springs, etc.?
Also I'd like a roughly 5" drop from stock height. How do you install the M2 to get the amount of drop desired?

Give Steve a Call at Industrial Chassis. He can hook you up with one of his custom fit Dakota kits.

In using the Dakota spindles and D150 mounts and calipers and rotor you maintain the 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern. It is also the same width as stock.

Here is one installed in a 63 and ride height

And the cross member

Dakota kit

So the Dakota kit is the cross member/spring hats and you acquire the suspension and steering parts and springs from a donor vehicle? Year of Dakota? Any idea of price for his kit? There's no prices on his site that I can see.

Found the info. I went back to his site. Products are listed under the "SHOP" tab. $750 for his kit. 87-96 for Dodge Dakota donor vehicles.

Bill W gave Steve a 65 frame, Keep calling and ask.

The new kits are pretty fool proof installing as they are a tan a in to tab b kit.

The Kit from Steve also allows you to keep your weight rating on the truck. You can tow or load firewood if so inclined.
