Amzoil 5W20 Signature Series (100% synthetic). A client who manages a fleet and my brother turned me on to this product. I was a Mobil 1 user then went w/ Amzoil. The intervals are 25,000 miles or 1 year. I use this product now on all of my vehicles. I get their 25,000 mile filter, which provides excellent filtration. Truck runs great as does my other vehicles!

Not trying to be negative on Amsoil products, I think highly of them, and used thier trans fluid in my last truck, but what would happen if you needed waranty work and the dealer found out you only change oil every 25K? Just sayin. I haven't got to the first oil change in mine yet, but in my previous truck I used Mobile1 and changed every 5K. It had 152,000 miles on it when I traded it in and still ran strong. I'm leaning toward using Motorcraft Synblend with the Motorcraft filter in mine.

Agree- kiss your warranty goodbye ...also if you read AMSOIL's qualifying instructions for those intervals, well, most would not be in compliance.

I hear what your saying, but my intervals are typically every 6 mths just to be on the safe side. During that time I average 6000-7500 miles, so I know I am fully protected with some of the very best synthetic you can buy. I also throw in their fuel treatment every 3 mths. Vehicles run great.

Motorcraft Syn-blend every 5000 miles for me. I like to look around under the beast and do an inspection at that point anyway.

Over the years, going way back for me...I used Quaker state, Castrol, Mobil 1... etc. I have never worn out an engine with any of these oils. I don't keep a motor past 150,000 miles, so i have never had a problem.

I plan on using Motocraft for now or until I know for sure I won't have any warranty problems, I used Mobil 1 in my last truck with no problems so if I decide to change I will probably go back to the Mobil 1.

I use Mobil 1 5w-30. 76k miles, no problems so far.
I live in Texas. It gets hot down here so I use 5w-30 instead of 5w-20.

It is Motocraft every 5000 for me.

The local stealer does it for less than 18 bucks. Plus every 5th change is free.

If this motor was right from the factory, it is one thing I am not going to wear out.

My savings will go to
