Brake petal spongy

Hi I have a 1994 ford f150. The brakes weren't working so I replaced the booster, master cylinder and most of the brake lines, aswell as new calipers and pads in the front. I have proper fluid levels and I have bled the brakes front and rear. However the pedal goes all the way to the floor before the brakes start working. Also the e-brake cable just snapped. Any suggestions on what the problem is? Thanks.

theres 5 bleed screws; not 4....

2 for the rear wheels
1 for the abs/brake propositioning block (on d/s frame rail, under firewall)
2 for the front wheels...

bleed it, just like the rest .

You have air in the lines. Make sure you pump the brakes several times before bleeding to release any stored vacuum in the booster. Bleed the master cylinder first. Then bleed the wheels first to last RR, LR, RF, LF.

Appreciate the feedback. I will try re-bleeding the whole system- ms, rear, abs, and front. I never knew to bleed the abs module, thanks for that.

My abs and brake light were on. I bled the abs module and then the two fronts. No change in brake pedal. All the way to the floor before the brakes start working. Only difference is my abs and brake light aren't on anymore.
