leaf spring code

on my 1989 f250 4x4 the spring code is 5 6 and on the donor truck which is a 2wd it is D 9 are they any good for my truck or should i put them in the sell pile thanks for any help

in my town there are no pick and pulls or junkyards, theres one junkyard and he crushes the vehicle a soon as he gets them so spare parts are very rare here and the parts stores take forever to get anything in

well the closest city to me is 3 to 4 hour drive, ok i wont use them but can you tell me why they have different codes, the only difference between the trucks is one 4wd and the other is 2wd

there were 4 rear springs available in the f250/f350

a 4 leaf and a 5 leaf each with and without the overload leaf
