6.0 no start
I have a 2005 6.0 that sometimes (3) fails to start, all three times after a wrecker haul to the dealer, it starts after setting, and the dealer finds nothing wrong. I have replaced the top half of the turbo between the first and second start failures but don't see a connection. this problem has been going on for 4 years. the truck has 86,000 miles and has been perfect except for this problem.

I also use a ScanGaugeII and after having gauges I believe that no 6.0l should ride without one. You can use a phone with app also if you want to go that route. Not only do you use it for diagnosing a problem but also for monitoring to avoid future problems.

I have learned a lot from DieselTechRon. I even purchased the Milwaukee battery powered ratchet that he uses in all his videos. He will explain to you all the various ways you can check your truck for a no start. Excellent information here...
