is my suspension stock?

I have a 1977 ford f250 with a 460bb and c6 trans divorced transfer case. I believe its a np205. When i bought the truck it was riding on 35's and i just put 40 swampers. I need to lift it abit but I dont know if my suspension is stock of lifted. The suspension looks pretty old. the pictures are in my profile gallery. I cant seem to attach them here. Anyways i want to put about 3in lift on it so the 40in tires will clear. Whats the cheaper way to add a lift on these trucks?

It looks like a stock highboy suspension, maybe an inch or two of sag from 35yrs of use.
