Good morning CT, Red Sox fans and haters everywhere 
That is a sharp dressed truck indeed. You guys are spot om about "if it were a diesel". Dont see too many that clean around here, gas or diesel !!! Nice set-up with the hand shaker trans and all.
Good luck with the house man. I know from experience the most stressful time is from when you offer to when you hear back. Hang tough. It will happen if it is ment to be.
Careful on the ride home folks. Little monsters and fairys will be all over !!
