I found a pair of mirrors during an estate clean out... c3tz-17696-d...listed 61/66 f100 /350 models 83&99..boxed real nice condition...rectangle mirror head. has mounting instructions...only 1 set of attaching hardware... have rotunda on the box... can some one give an idea as to value... want to be fair to the estate...thanks

 

C3TZ-17696-D .. Non Telescope Type Rear View Mirror Dealer Installed Kit-R/L same / 9" arm single brace / Painted 5" x 8" mirror head.

Use for regular sheet metal installation (mirror base does not fit into door slots) / Obsolete

Applications: 1961/63 F100/250 66 (Uni) - 1961/66 F100/350 83 (Flareside) & 99 (Styleside) pickups.

Be aware that only the mirror head (C1TZ-17723-A) could be bought by itself, the braces/mounting hardware were only furnished w/the mirror kit.

There is no 1957/63 or 1964/72 Ford Truck parts catalog pic of this mirror. You sure you want them? Where will you find the missing attaching hardware?

Look at post 22 in the side mirror sticky on page 1 of this forum for other types of outside mirrors available for these trucks.

Rotunda was FoMoCo's name for accessories, appearance & maintenance materials offered in the '50's and '60's.

the attaching hardware is the packet of screws that is missing.. all other pieces are there.. base plate, arms, mirror heads etc.. the box that is missing the screws was opened... the other box was sealed and I opened it.. is there a market for a pair of these.. the woman handling the estate wants me to list them on ebay.. if there is no market, they will go in the scrap bin.. thanks
