What was the different rear ends used in a 1988 4x4 f350 drw? 10.25? Dana 70?80?

 

I believe a 10.25 is the only one. I don't think there were ever D70s in these trucks, and D80s were only in the F-Superduty.

 

the dana 70 was used until 1985 I think, after that it was 10.25s in f250s and 350s.

 

If I'm right Dana 70s were used from 84 down in f350 SRW and then 85+ was te 10.25 SRW. They used Dana 70HDs or 70Us whatever they called them as the DRW axles in the 80s and I think they switched to the Dana 80 as the DRW axle sometime during the bullnose or bricknose eras
