Anybody have a way to get the bolt out of the manifold side that is rusted solid the bolt cracked on up pipe side and nut cracked off on manifold side just pieces clogging holes on all 4 in the process of installing new up pipes

Are you talking about the bolt directly going into the manifolds if so I don't see how you can get them out with out pulling the manifolds. And I will just take a guess that the manifold bolts going into the heads will be just as bad.

 

I cut them like guy in other post to releave pressure heated cherry red again and still barely came out 2 down 2 to go another day darn rust I will weld up when I install new ones
