Hi i own a ford explorer 1994 4 x 4 i would like it lowered i have been told to lower this i can put 2inch blocks at the rear.And 2inch shorter springs at the front.Is this correct.Can a 4 x4 be lowered on air bags.On the rear instead of using blocks could i use shorter leaf springs would this work thanks

 

The front will be hard to lower properly as the TTB setup will have very bad camber. A later IFS one would be easier to lower. Otherwise, since the leaf springs are under the rear axle, it can can lowered with blocks.
