1963 f100 swb swap
Hi guys. New to this forum. I'm looking at a 1963 f100 swb with the 233 inline six. The seller tells me the motor was working well for a while. Recently, it has started dumping oil and fuel out of the blow by valve. He says it will idle for a little bit them die. You have to put oil in, then it will do t all again. Has anyone heard of this or am I headed for a new engine if I buy it? If a new engine, would the 300 inline six be an easy swap? Thanks for the help, Gary

I had a 223 in my truck I was putting a qt of oil in the engine in the morning and a qt in the afternoon to get home compression in all cylinders was less than 100
It was pumping oil all over I went with a 292 if you go with 300 you may need a tranny also but the one you have may not be all that good
