1) At Chapter GTG's, a drink Should not be raised with out the presence of the Chapter Leader.
a.) IF said drinks are consumed before Chapter leader arrives, those who partake in said consumption should each be responsible for buying or providing a round for chapter leader upon arrival..
2) Just because you are already at said GTG before first law was written is no excuess
a.) Nor is " I can t read it on my phone" "I have no internet" Or "Rich wont loan me his Hello Kitty phone"
3) Just because you are able to quote, then change said By laws, does not remove the original intent.. this is not like the Current USA Goverment, re writing laws, or meaning of said laws at will, Laws written are already to the benifit of Chapter leader, and do not require said editing.. yet

More bylaws to be written as I dream them up, or ask advice from others..

Well I think the first role for the chapter leader is to be at said GTG. Well before everyone else arrives, or he is just SOL.
