oil cooled 351 windsor

I found a bronco on cl and the guy advertised it as a ex state patrol truck and says it has an oil cooled 351 windsor has anybody ever heard of that and is it any good

Lots of the 351/5.8L had oil coolers from the factory, I "think" it was part of the towing package...,

It's gotta still be a water cooled engine though with water / antifreeze in the radiator.
