When my lights are turned off, my radio does not work and says "phone" on the display. None of the buttons will work, even the power button. When I turn my headlights on the radio works just fine. Has anyone else had this issue or know what might be causing it?

is this a factory radio? have you taken it out to see if anything has been done to the wiring?
