Have a look on this site:
Top Gun Customz - Suspension Lifts
This is where I got my lift components.
Getting your lift-kit delivered is the 2nd half of the problem.

Hi Mate, Ive done quite a bit of looking for a suspension lift for my f250, and found most usual places in Australia will do a 2" lift (as that's the legal allowable lift here) - I ended up ordering a 4" lift from 4WD1 and they deliver overseas. They have prices and pics on their site 4WD1.com - Australia's Leading Suspension Specialist - Hasn't arrived yet but will post a coupla pics when its in. Theres plenty of places in the USA that do em and will ship overseas too but shipping to AUS is really $$$$, maybe different for you?

They also boast about it weighing 9kg! Its an unsprung component, you want it to be as light as possible...
