As for the header gaskets I'm just going to use the Flowtech ones. Remflex has a lot of options for the 351w, square port, oval port, along with different size ports and everything, but it doesn't look like they have oval ones to fit my headers.
I'm now trying to figure my Duraspark II system out. The Painless harness is going back. With me getting the Performance Distributors Dyna Module it's pointless to use the Painless harness, I'm basically paying 135$ for a connector or two.
The Dyna Mod has four wires, two to the dizzy and two to the coil. So it does not have the white wire (starter retard feature). Will I run into any problems?

I have all of my panels. My front pillar pieces are cracked at the screw holes. I might try and epoxy them and then cover them in blue vinyl, though it would be nice to get some good used ones, but it is very hard to find ANYTHING for these trucks around here. Junkyards around here rarely have vehicles older than 94.

I've done a LOT of research on this and have talked to several of the vendors directly. For a replacement dash pad you have three choices:
- Dashes Direct: they make a brand new dash pad using the original tooling that some vendor used to make the original pads. They are available from DD directly, or from others like LMC, but the best price is from Jeff's Bronco Graveyard for $335. One on here just bought one and seems pleased, so that's what I'm going to do.
- Just Dashes: They take your original pad and put new foam and vinyl on it. We never actually discussed all of the pricing, but the cost of their service is ~$1000 plus shipping of your pad to them.
- Used: There are several sources of used pads, but what all of them have in common is that the pads are old and, therefore, subject to cracking just like ours did. In fact, some of of have purchased these and they've cracked soon after getting them home. So, I would not pay much at all for one. I saw one recently on eBay that was up to about $100 with 4 days left on the bidding and $50 for shipping. So it could easily have gone for more than half of a new one and might be cracked by the time you get it. Not something I'm interested in gambling on.

I guess that depends on your compression, initial timing and how hot the engine is.
You may find you have to go to a high torque PMGR starter.

I'm going to store the truck in a POD in my yard while I work on the body and I want to hear this thing start and run before I do so. I was planning on fastening the module, ballast resistor and solenoid to a piece of plywood off to the side and hooking up everything temporarily. I have to set up a few more things
Radiator
Dizzy
Module
Resistor
Coil
3G Alternator
Megafuse and holder
Solenoid
Battery and cables
Anything else come to mind?

I think they only offer the one kind of duraspark module.
Edit: in the installation instructions it says to use the resistor on street/strip application 6500 RPM and don't use the resistor on racing applications 10,000+ RPM

That's not a "dura spark" module.
It is a Standard Motor Products LX-101 with a couple of stickers on it.

They say not to use the resistor above 10,000 rpm because at that speed there is not enough time to need reduced dwell or limit the charging voltage with a resistor.

OMG !$!$!
I know that Performance Distributors is a site sponsor, but that doesn't mean they aren't selling snake oil.
I guess that's how they can afford flashy banner ads???
I once bought a $40 Ebay HEI just to show my buddy Joey what he was paying for with his DUI distributor...
Exact same.... except the stickers.
Right down to the machining marks, and we measured it ALL with a micrometer.
