87 f250 diesel no gauges work

87 f250 diesel no gauges work
Ive got an 87 f250 and the gauges dont work. The lights work on the guages but nothing. I took the dash apart to see if anything was disconnected but both plugs seemed like they were all the way in each other. Im trying to figure out what the deal is. If anyone has any suggestion on what can be wrong please let me know thanks!
