Cheap way out for broken leaf springs?

Well got my truck all tore apart to replace rear spring mounts and upper shock mounts. After all this is done wool be putting flatbed on it for hauling wood. Found I have 2 broken springs in one side and other is fine. The springs are 4" lift springs. Was thinking of keeping main spring of each side then find used super duty springs to rebuild my own sets since they are 3" wide too. Think this would work or too much spring for truck. My main spring is probably not near as stiff as super duty springs. I don't know if this would have an adverse affect. My truck is reg cab f150 long bed. Any thoughts or suggestions. Truck is primarily a wood hauler.

You can spring it up all you want but I've squirted a couple axle shafts out hauling cord wood in a half ton.

A spring shop can often replace a couple of leafs at much lower cost than complete spring replacement. I'd check for a shop near you.

Don't think I'm gonna throw a whole cord on at a time. I just was not sure about my main spring perhaps being weaker than the super duty leaf pack. I could have a shop do the springs but closest place is an hour away. And they want 50 per leaf plus labor. I think I could get junk yard springs for cheaper and have matching sets then.
