Actually if you wanna get technical with it. the 1st generation is classified as a 48-52....

Either way Id still rather use years verse that.

If you want to get technical you still sound like a 17th, or possibly 18th, generation dumbarse.

You do realize a 51-52 Ford looks somewhat different than a 48-50(think basically the same "difference" in the looks of a 80-86 and a 87-91 and kinda the same for 92-97)

so that "should" be gen1 and gen2.

exactly. model TT started it all.
then you have the 36-37, one of the classiest trucks ever. or the 40-42. or the late 40's trucks. the 50's were kind of bland, then you got into the super 60's trucks.

i was not talking about the 48-52 trucks, but rather the 53 and up pickups.
