Only my second change but I have had it with the completely idiotic filter location. Maybe I was spoiled with my '97 and the filter easily accessible behind the bumper. So does Ford or anyone else reputable make a kit to relocate the filter where you can actually change it in a minute with a strap wrench and not spill oil in 3 different locations under the truck? I have the skid plates as an option and wonder if that made them locate it tucked so far up and in the front of the engine.
