Dash question -56

Hi!
I have two dash questions? What's the hole under the Cigar Lighter on the Dash for? Throttle ****?
Where should the Engine Oil Decal and Automatic Trans. fluid Decal be
placed. Inside or outside on the Glove Box Door?
Thanks!

A couple pictures, may help. This is the dash of Missy Green, 1956 F350, pretty much original so far as correct placement. The dash has had some additional gauges, switches, *****, etc. Sorry, can't help on auto transmission decal. BTW, that is the choke under the power port

Thanks a lot, both of you ! ! !
I have my Choke **** in the Place of your Throttle **** and
an empty hole there you have the Choke. I will cover my hole in the Dash with a Throttle **** and Bezel.

Most any parts store will have plugs to fit the holes. I have seen chrome and black
that can be painted any color. I like the plugs painted dash color so if I ever need the hole I don't have to re-drill it.

Good idea! And cheaper than a **** and bezel. Especially when shipping are over $ 50 from Midfifty.
Once again, thanks a lot!!!
