Sorry for the confusion I caused with the 'spare' carburetor statement. What I meant was that he had another rebuilt carburetor (that he had planned to use to replace the old gummed up one on the truck but hadn't had a chance to put on) that he was throwing into the deal.

I'll have to be clearer next time.

looks like a really nice foundation. my F3 bed is beat to death and yours looks pristine!

Hi Steve, welcome to the forum! Yes...my job has changed my progress...
I am more than willing to share any info with you.
I only get to see my truck one day a week right now, but when winter comes, I will be able to get back in there.
I will be looking forward to your progress.
