Im not very familiar with all the models that were available but is a 78-79 F150 supercab 4x4 long bed an option? With coils in the front. I could have another doner truck but ill need a frame and thats the frame i would look for.

everything but the coils. Mine is a 78 Scab 4x4 longbed, but the 4x4 got leaves up front like the F250/350
