Hmmmm... I dont know about this one yet. To me it looks like a big sport trac. I suppose i will have to wait to see one in person to make the final call.

Were these pictures taken at the Va. plant? And if so, why are these trucks just sitting around? Get them into the showrooms Ford. Let's see how they look in person and how they actually drive on our roadways.

they are in texas waiting for the big test drive by every major magazine and newspaper guy they were taken by the guy below and posted on the other f150 online page for us all to enjoy

PiThetaTKE

Well, I figured out where these trucks were....Jennings Anderson in Boerne, TX - just outside of San Antonio.

They had two sitting out front and about 40+ in the back. I believe is was just about every configuration possible. Over the next week they will be letting the media perform a side-by-side test vs. Dodge, Chevy and Toyota (all on the lot also). Every major magazines and auto editors are involved.

I snapped a few pics after sneaking around back with the garage guys. If you have any question about these babies, let me know. I will be heading back out tonight or tomorrow, so..if you have a more specific picture you would like let me know and I will try to capture it for you.

These trucks look even better in person!!!

How about a Lariat, Supercab, with a 5.5' box combination? Color? Maybe the red/black one with the two-tone bottom. One more thing. The rims and tires do NOT look 18" in size. Maybe they're keeping the larger tires "out of the picture" so to speak UNTIL the actual production models are transported to their respective dealerships for the rest of us to see.

Those better not be the rims/tires they use, cuz they are weak. Those rims are ugly. I love the rims on my 03 FX4. The brochure form the auto show(chicago) has different rims on it.

Those appear to be the standard 17" rims and tires. The picture you saw is probably of the optional 18" rims and tires.

The second page has two F-150 towing pictures. One is #p6230030 light blue/tan. Is this the 6.5' box combination? And is the black/tan #p6230027 the 5.5' box combo? Anybody have an educated guess? The pictures and data displayed on this web site regarding the new 04' F-150 is what makes the internet what it is. And my thanks to all.

It "worked" earlier this morning but has since, even at yahoo's web site, gone "down." In that the pictures do NOT come up.

Are these towing shots from the Texas "showtime" extravaganza? The blue/tan 4x4 F-150 is a Lariat version isn't it ? And who took these fantastic pictures?
